What if I need to return something for a bigger size or a refund?
All you need to do is email us at kickseden@hotmail.com and we will send you the address to send your order too. Once we receive it we will process it within 24-48 hours.
How long will it take before I receive my order?
Processing takes 1-2 business days sometimes a few days longer and delivery can take up to 7-14 business days. In total that is up to 14 business days from the time we receive order and payment until it arrives at your shipping destination. Most times the shipping process is much faster, however we reserve the right to take up to 14 business days because at times there are circumstances out of our control that delay the shipping process. We make every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. We are unable to send express shipping or any overnight shipping.
What is your return policy?
If you want to return an item simply email us with your order number. In order to receive a refund items must be sent to our address in unworn condition first contact us before sending so we can give you the address.
Does the billing and shipping have to match??
YES, your billing and shipping address have to be the same for your order to be processed. We just send to the confirmed address of PayPal and credit card
How do I know what size to order?
All the shoes on our website are true to size. Meaning if you wear a size 10, our products are no different in size than the shoes you would buy at the store.
How can I get a refund?
For a refund; all purchase products must be return to us in unworn and undamaged condition before a refund is issued. To get your refund started, send an Email kickseden@hotmail.com with your kickseden.com order number for the return address. An inspection will be performed on all return product(s). I made a mistake with my order and its status says shipped, what should I do?
Once the order status says shipped we can not make changes to the order. Please wait until you receive your order, email us at kickseden@hotmail.com and inform us of what changes need to be made and we will contact you with further instructions.
When will I get my tracking number?
As soon as we receive a tracking number from our shipping carrier, we will add that information to your order as well as email it to you. We will not receive this information until your order has arrived within your continent, so if you are located in the United Kingdom, we may not receive a tracking number until 2-3 days sometimes longer after your order has been processed.
